Lincoln Heights – Glenridge has a long history and significance in the city of Waterloo. From early settlers in the region, to the Seagram Stable on what now is Moses Springer Community Centre, your neighbourhood has important place in Waterloo’s history. So what makes this area so special? Well, in Real Estate it is Location! Location! Location! And Lincoln Heights- Glenridge has that and so much more. We are close to Universities, Uptown Waterloo, Downtown Kitchener, the Expressway and an easy drive to all local sports facilities. Most of the popular destinations are within a ten minute drive.

But it is the more than location that brings life to this community. We live in a “whole community”, with an incredible diversity of people and housing types, a rich natural environment on the banks of Laurel Creek, with old growth forests and an abundance of flora and fauna. Our community is inclusive of recent immigrants, seniors, students and people from all walks of life.
